Oko 800 studenata diljem Hrvatske, od kojih približno 200 u Splitu, još uvijek čeka isplatu za rad u trgovinama Studenca tijekom rujna.
Prema tvrdnjama iz javno upućenog apela, riječ je o iznosima od oko tisuću eura po studentu, a nezadovoljni studenti upozoravaju da bi, ako se problem hitno ne riješi, mogli organizirati prosvjede, javlja Tportal.hr.
Studenti upozoravaju da su uredno odradili svoje smjene na blagajnama i drugim poslovima u trgovinama, ali da za svoj rad još nisu dobili novac.
Problem je nastao zbog različitog tretmana zaposlenika i studenata. Dok su redovni zaposlenici primili plaće, studenti tvrde da se njihove neisplaćene naknade tretiraju kao obveze prema dobavljačima.
‘Studenti nisu dobavljači. Rad je rad’, poručuju u apelu.
Pojedinačni neisplaćeni iznosi kreću se oko tisuću eura. Ako se taj prosječni iznos odnosi na svih 800 studenata, ukupna vrijednost neisplaćenih naknada mogla bi dosegnuti približno 800.000 eura.
Studenti naglašavaju da ne traže nikakve dodatne pogodnosti, nego isključivo novac za posao koji su već obavili.
‘Studenti traže ono što im pripada – isplatu za rad koji su odradili’, stoji u apelu.
Problem s neisplaćenim studentskim naknadama povezan je s predstečajnim postupkom trgovačkog lanca Studenac, koji je Trgovački sud u Splitu otvorio 29. rujna 2026. godine.
Predstečaj je postupak kojim se poduzeću u financijskim teškoćama pokušava omogućiti dogovor s vjerovnicima i nastavak poslovanja, kako bi se izbjegao stečaj.
Studenac je na svojoj stranici posvećenoj restrukturiranju objavio da je trenutačno u fazi prijave tražbina, koja traje od 7. do 28. listopada.
